Dell’s Pay it Forward initiative is conceived as a movement that harnesses the power of Dell’s women’s networks to positively impact the future of women’s entrepreneurship. The campaign works on the premise that if each of us helps a woman business owner advance – and that woman, in turn, supports another – then we can create a global community of women supporting women and our initial efforts can be greatly amplified. By leveraging our network of around 10,000 women today, we hope to track support for 1m women entrepreneurs by the end of 2015.

Please note, your financial contributions are never made public – only you have the ability do this through the story-telling function on the log a gesture page. We collate the information in aggregate on the back end and only show the combined total of all participants.
- Number of women helped (against a goal of 1m)
- Total financial contributions made to women’s organizations/charities
- Total number of hours devoted to supporting women
Tracking is done both in aggregate (so we can see the totals) and also against specific partnerships, allowing us to see our impact on these organizations
